If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund minus shipping, as long as merchandise is returned in its original condition within 30 days. We do charge 10% restocking fees.

Modern Mundo takes great care to pack shipments with several layers of packaging so that they will arrive safely to you. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, simply notify us and we will happily arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise to our warehouse, so please save the original packing materials. 

Special orders require a 50% deposit, and since we use a great deal of care in selecting quality materials and expert craftsmanship, they may encounter unexpected delays. Once work on your special order has begun, deposits are not refundable.
